Our story's

This week I've been looking at different peoples testimony's.
Its been making me think.
Why does God bad things happen to people? Why does He allow certain people to suffer?
There are many reasons I believe. But one that I'm going to talk about is that God lets these things happen so we can further proclaim His glory.
I'm going to list two examples.
The first is George Foreman. He is a boxer who became heavywieght champion of the world. He had it all, but later lost it. A little later Foreman would give his life to Christ. He became a preacher in Texas. When he needed some money for his church he went back to boxing; at 40. No one thought he could do anything. He ended up winning the heavywieght title again at 45. He is now retired and still preaches.
The second is Brain Welch. Wetch is an ex-guitartist for the band called Korn. While on the band he struggled with many addicitons with drugs and struggled with deppression. He later left the band, at the height of its popularity, to follow Christ. He now makes music and preaches his testimony.
Now picture this; both of these guys have are able to preach to people I would never be able to.
Foreman can relate to all those althetes who want something more then a title or trophy. He can relate to people who have been incredably devasted by life's attacks.
Welch is able to relate to all those who struggle with addictions, deppression, and those who just love music.
I will never be able to influence the same people Foreman and Welch can. But God has chosen me to be an influence to other people that Foreman and Welch might never be able to. Becasue my story is different. Its the coolest thing becasue we all have something in common.
God saved us.
But God also chooses to make our story's different. That makes us special and unique.
We will never be the same.

I'm back....again

wow everyone.
I haven't talked in awhile. A lot have been going on. School, Church, and Conditioning to say a few. I'm gonna try out this blog thing and hopefully it will be a lot better then before. I'll mainly be talking about things that I'm finding out in my life.
